Values
The weighted colors available to the default tint selection.

WeightedColorValue with the following properties:

| Color | (Nullable) String defaults to: | The hexadecimal tint color selected by this entry. |
| Weight | Number defaults to: 1.0 | The relative selection weight of this color. The default is 1. |
Noise
The noise used to select among multiple Values. It is required when Values has multiple entries.
